Lip Liner

• This full-color Precision Edit Lip Liner enhances lip shape whilst helping reduce lipstick bleeding. It features a precision tip to accentuate and define lips for a soft, velvet finish.

HOW TO USE:

1. Apply lip liner around the edge of the lips to shape, define, or fully fill lips. Gently sharpen lip liner pencil with a makeup pencil sharpener
2. Lipstick (sold separately) can be layered on top. Apply lipstick to the center of the lips to add an instant pop of color
